Richard brings more than 20 years experience in Engineering and Projects to ECS. His 15 years in the downstream oil business included roles in refinery, depot and retail engineering projects, distribution & logistics management, and business, sales & marketing strategy.

More recently, Richard has been consulting to clients in Australia, Malaysia and China on project and programme management, process improvement and business strategy.

Richard’s interest in sustainability and background in the energy business places him in an invaluable position to strengthen our professional project and engineering delivery.

As our projects grow and become more complex we recognise the opportunity to build on our already strong engineering and project management skills. Richard has been engaged to overview all our project and engineering activities whilst streamlining our procedures and building a world leading culture of excellence in the way in which we approach engineering and project management.
