City Towers Water Conservation Program
If you are an owner, manager or a tenant in a commercial property and would like to take a step toward reducing your water consumption,
a new initiative has been launched that you should know about.

ECS will assist you to cut water consumption by up to 25%, while also helping to offset the upfront cost.

Water Community Grants
Making a real difference to the way communities use Australian water resources.
The Australian Government's Community Water Grants programme offers grants to help local community organisations save, recycle or improve the health of their local water resources.

Grants are available for projects related to:
water saving and efficiency
water recycling
water treatment - improving surface and groundwater health.

Round 3, which was launched on 23 April 2007, is the final round of Community Water Grants funding under the programme's $200 million allocation.

  Investa Greenhouse Guarantee Program
Many of our office building tenants want to minimise their greenhouse emissions through better energy management but lack the resources or experience to turn aspiration into action.

  City of Port Phillip Building Tune-up Program
The Building Tune Up program focuses on improving the energy and water efficiency of existing local commercial buildings
.
The program will assist commercial building owners and tenants to retrofit their offices to use less energy and water and to run more efficiently by implementing systems which guarantee ongoing cost savings.

The aim of the program is to improve the energy performance of participating buildings by at least 1-star Australian Greenhouse Building Rating (AGBR). The program also intends to reduce water usage by 25%.

ECS has partnered with Mirvac to establish MATES. The program will provide a simple, tailored solution that will cuts your energy use, related energy bills and deliver subsequent reductions in energy related greenhouse emissions.

Port Fairy’s energise BUSINESS
Port Fairy’s energise BUSINESS project is piloting new market based mechanisms, offering small businesses the opportunity to invest in their businesses through the use of energy performance contracts that enables them to fund energy efficiency investments through future cash flows. The financing model is supported by capacity building seminars to assist businesses in becoming energy and business savvy.

Energy Conservation Systems will manage the implementation of recommendations into the businesses while also gaining some bulk purchasing discounts in the process. So not only do businesses benefit from guaranteed savings, they also have skilled energy practitioners managing the installation and sourcing products; it’s a complete service that allows businesses to keep doing what they do best - run their business.
